I love winter break. It's 3 weeks of cool temperatures, happy kids and fun holidays. The kids always make the most of this break and this time was no different..they had so much fun.
They got down Taylor's train and played with it...this was a personal favorite of Tyson's.
He's started into a goofy stage when the camera points at him. Don't know what the heck he is doing below, but he's cute doing it. ☺

Yes, another goofy picture. We were trying on our Santa hats in preparation for caroling with my folks.

I started watching Nia's sister Nana over break. She's a little sweetheart and we love having her. The only problem is that the first few days both Tyson and Nia were a little jealous of the time I spent with her. This is the classic example of feeding time. It tends to get a little crowded. ☺

We drove into Mesa to see the trains again. The gentleman has added more trains and more track and we had a comlete blast. Tyson loved everything and we had to literally drag him away.

After the trains we visited with my Grandma and Aunt Carol and saw their village. No pictures of that, but did enjoy being with them.
We also drove over and went to the "Reflections of Christ" art show. So beautiful. So powerful. I would highly recommend it to anyone. It was a neat way to remember Christ and all He has done for us.
Our last stop of the night was the temple...a family favorite. Tyson loved the lights and we loved watching him and seeing his eyes light up with each new display. My favorite shot of the night:

We've had so much fun being together this break. It was hard when school started again, and we are counting down the days 'till they are off again. ☺

Seeing those trains is one thing we make sure to do every year. The kids love it--well, Mark and I do too. :)
